Food & Beverage
Nicole is entering her second season at Plymouth Country Club. Prior to joining the team, she assisted in the opening of a fine dining restaurant in Boston, serving as the Sales and Marketing Manager. Nicole’s previous roles include Catering Sales Manager for Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club in Brewster and the Wolfeboro Inn in Wolfeboro, NH. She has a passion for hospitality and is looking forward to hosting events!
Mike has a strong background and experience managing active dining operations at a variety of facilities. Most recently, Mike was serving as the Bar Manager at Marshfield Country Club. Before that, he spent nine seasons as the Food and Beverage Manager at Blue Hill Country Club in Canton. Mike is excited to be a part of the PCC family and he is looking forward to a great season and getting to know the membership!
Mike is entering his fourth season at Plymouth Country Club. Prior to coming to PCC, Mike held the Head Professional role at The Ridge Club and spent years as an Assistant Professional at Black Rock Country Club, Old Marsh Golf Club, Foxborough Country Club, and Pinehills Golf Club. It was at Plymouth Country Club where he fell in love with the game, spending four summers as a junior member.
Scott MacArthur is the newest addition to the PCC golf staff. Scott is a graduate of Mississippi State University's Professional Golf Management program. He recently served as the First Assistant Professional at Wollaston Golf Club (2018-2020), as well as being the Lead Assistant at Marshfield Country Club for six seasons. He is excited to join our team and meet the membership this season!
Mike returns for his 3rd season at Plymouth Country Club. Originally from New Ipswich, NH, Mike attended Keene State College. In the winter months, Mike spends his time out west caddying. When not at the club, Mike enjoys playing poker, watching football and traveling.
